We are seeking a Remote Account Support Officer to join our team at W.R. Berkley in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This part-time position requires at least 2 years of experience at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will be passionate, hardworking, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to clients regarding account management and financial transactions. 2. Assist in preparing reports and analysis for clients and management. 3. Work closely with the account management team to ensure that client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Utilize various software applications to manage client accounts and generate reports. 5. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in account management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in account management or financial services. 3. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus.
