Job Description - Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Support Officer to join our team at ADP. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate level role, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.


Responsibilities: - Provide support to account managers and clients in managing their accounts - Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for clients - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account management processes - Monitor account activity and identify potential areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in account management


Requirements: - Previous experience in account management or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Resilient and passionate attitude towards work - Ability to engage in strategic planning and problem-solving - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
