Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Account Support Representative to join our team at Terex in Adelaide, South Australia. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients remotely. We are seeking individuals with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role who are resilient, passionate, and possess strong project management and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage customer accounts remotely, ensuring all needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless support to clients - Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Assist with the development and implementation of new account management strategies - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in account management

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Resilient attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service - Strong project management skills and the ability to think creatively to solve problems - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
