Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Kindred Healthcare is seeking a passionate and driven Remote Account Support Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in account support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to account holders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. Analyze customer accounts, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions to increase account success. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues. 4. Make data-driven decisions to optimize account performance and exceed customer expectations. 5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to effectively support account holders. 6. Communicate regularly with account holders through various channels to build strong relationships and drive account growth. 7. Document all interactions with account holders and update customer records as necessary. 8. Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in account support.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in account support, customer service, or a similar role. 3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Passion for exceeding customer expectations and delivering delight. 8. Driven attitude with a strong focus on achieving results.
