Account Support Representative

Job Description:

INTL FCStone is seeking a passionate and reliable Account Support Representative to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the financial industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong persuasion and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account setup, onboarding, and troubleshooting - Conduct research to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on market trends and investment opportunities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client needs - Monitor client accounts and transactions to identify any issues or discrepancies - Proactively reach out to clients to provide updates and gather feedback - Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and report generation - Stay informed about industry regulations and trends to provide informed support to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role in the financial industry - Strong persuasion and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Knowledge of financial markets and investment products - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
