Job Description - Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Account Support Representative to join our team at Airtasker. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Melbourne, Victoria, AU, with a focus on supporting our customers and ensuring their needs are met. As an entry-level position, we welcome individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat communication channels - Assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and new features to effectively assist customers - Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance overall customer experience


Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficient in using various communication tools and software programs - High school diploma or equivalent required
