Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

As an Account Support Representative at United Rentals, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This role is entry-level, making it a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience looking to kickstart their career in the rental industry.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution via phone, email, and chat - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Conduct analysis on customer accounts to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Provide support to the Account Managers in managing client relationships and contracts

Requirements: - Resourceful and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and provide solutions - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - High school diploma or equivalent required - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
