Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

CarMax is seeking a reliable and driven Account Support Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our accounts team, ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist with account management tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and client communications - Conduct analysis of account data to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on a regular basis - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all client needs are met - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all account activities - Provide support to the accounts team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role - Strong presentation and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
