Account Support Specialist

A-Mark Precious Metals, a leading provider of precious metal products in Perth, Western Australia, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

As an Account Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Managing and maintaining client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders - Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Collaborating with the sales team to support client needs and drive business growth - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and providing innovative solutions - Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports - Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures related to account management
