Remote Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Performance Food Group is looking for a part-time Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to address their inquiries and concerns - Assist clients with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Analyze data and generate reports to identify trends and improve customer experience - Provide training and support to clients on our products and services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide knowledgeable support to clients

Requirements: - Hardworking and reliable individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong persuasion and project management skills to effectively support clients - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
