Job Description - Account Support Specialist - Work from home

Progressive, a leading insurance company, is seeking a motivated and energetic Account Support Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. This position offers the flexibility to work from home on a part-time basis.


As an Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal team members. Your primary duties will include assisting with account management tasks, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, analyzing data, and assisting with various projects as needed.


To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. You should also possess strong project management and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. A resourceful mindset and a high level of energy are also essential traits for this role.
