Job Description - Account Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


GrainCorp is seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Account Support Specialist to work from home in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required. We are looking for someone who is passionate, resourceful, possesses strong leadership skills, and can adapt quickly to various situations.


Responsibilities: - Provide support to the account management team by handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist in managing client accounts, including processing orders, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within assigned accounts - Assist in creating reports and presentations for client meetings and internal discussions - Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide knowledgeable, proactive support to clients


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred - Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
