Job Description:
CarMax is seeking a confident and resilient Call Center Assistant to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Assistant will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests and resolve any issues - Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with scheduling appointments, making payments, and updating their accounts - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is preferred - Must be a team player with a cooperative attitude - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates - Free accommodation provided for employees working part-time - Paid overtime opportunities for those willing to go above and beyond
