Job Description: CVS Health is seeking a part-time Call Center Assistant to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an Associate level position, the Call Center Assistant will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries or concerns - Provide information about products and services, as well as handle customer complaints - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs - Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets - Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge - Handle administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - Hardworking and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills - Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications - Experience in a call center or customer service role is required - High school diploma or equivalent education - Ability to work flexible hours as needed
