Job Description - Call Center Assistant

Job Description:


Orora, a leading packaging solutions company, is seeking a dynamic Call Center Assistant to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries and issues. 2. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems. 3. Respond to customer emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 4. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance customer service experience. 5. Assist in data entry, documentation, and other administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and confident personality with a positive attitude. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different customer needs. 3. Ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to customer concerns. 4. Demonstrated cooperation and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software preferred. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
