Oil Search is seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a part-time position perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the workforce. Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and providing accurate information - Drafting and sending out emails to customers as needed - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
