Remote Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

The GPT Group is currently seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

As a Remote Call Center Assistant, your responsibilities will include: 1. Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner 2. Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients 3. Resolving customer issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department 4. Updating customer information in the database accurately 5. Following call center scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency 6. Collaborating with team members to achieve department goals and targets 7. Adhering to company policies and regulations at all times

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment 2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively 3. Strong critical thinking skills to problem-solve and make decisions independently 4. Experience using call center software or CRM systems is preferred 5. Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace 6. High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
