Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Expeditors International of Washington is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with their inquiries or concerns - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide updates on services - Input customer information accurately into the database - Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating logistics for customers - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions - Follow company guidelines and protocols for handling customer inquiries - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve customer service processes

Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable individual who can handle a high volume of calls efficiently - Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using call center software and Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required
