Job Description:
Hormel Foods is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise. 3. Update customer accounts with accurate information and maintain detailed records of all interactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and meet department goals. 5. Use creative problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find effective solutions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and motivated individual with a passion for customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals. 4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. 5. Familiarity with basic computer software and the ability to learn new technology quickly. 6. Must be able to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced work environment. 7. Creativity in problem-solving and a positive attitude towards challenges.
