Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

VF is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team and work from home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. This is a part-time entry-level position with no required years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers regarding products and services - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Input and update customer information in the database - Provide information about products and services to potential customers - Follow communication scripts to ensure consistency and accuracy - Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals - Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers - Meet or exceed daily call volume and response time goals - Perform other duties as assigned by the Call Center Manager

Requirements: - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Strong cooperation and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Must have a quiet home office space with a reliable internet connection
