Job Description - Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a dedicated and independent Call Center Assistant to work from home in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate level position, the Call Center Assistant will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to clients over the phone.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls and provide prompt and professional assistance to customers 2. Resolve customer concerns and questions in a timely manner 3. Update customer information in the database accurately 4. Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction 5. Utilize persuasion skills to upsell additional products or services 6. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all customer interactions 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery 8. Meet or exceed set performance targets and KPIs


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 4. Strong persuasion skills and ability to handle difficult customer situations 5. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry 6. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software 7. High school diploma or equivalent required
