Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking a dedicated and reliable Call Center Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role is perfect for individuals who are looking to gain valuable experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders - Provide exceptional customer service and support, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Conduct research to answer complex questions and provide accurate information - Utilize creativity to address customer concerns and find solutions - Document all interactions in a clear and concise manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred - Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different customer personalities - Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness - Creativity in finding solutions to customer inquiries - Research skills to gather information and provide accurate responses - Reliable and dedicated work ethic - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
