Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description:

PayPal Holdings is seeking a part-time Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level employee, you will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and confident, with excellent presentation and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner - Provide customer support and assistance with account inquiries, transaction issues, and general questions - Follow company guidelines and procedures to resolve customer concerns and escalations - Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system - Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals - Stay up to date on product and service offerings to provide the best possible customer experience

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Strong presentation and cooperation skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools - Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend shifts as needed
