Job Description:
HollyFrontier is seeking a dedicated and confident Call Center Associate to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through phone calls, emails, and online chat.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services offered by HollyFrontier. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 4. Handle customer requests for refunds, exchanges, and other services. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience. 6. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department. 7. Use CRM software to track customer interactions and update customer records.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with colleagues. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
Personality Traits: 1. Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. 2. Confident in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Soft Skills: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Ability to cooperate with team members and work collaboratively towards common goals.
