Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Burlington Stores is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Call Center Associate to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The Call Center Associate will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing exceptional service, and assisting with resolving any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner - Document all customer interactions in the company's database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations - Meet or exceed performance goals set by the team leader or supervisor

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Team player with a cooperative attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent
