Call Center Associate

Job Description:

AbbVie is seeking a part-time Call Center Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for candidates who are driven and confident, with excellent attention to detail and adaptability.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service and support to callers. 3. Assist customers with inquiries, issue resolution, and product information. 4. Accurately enter and maintain customer information in the database. 5. Follow scripts and procedures to ensure consistency in communication. 6. Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team goals. 7. Keep up to date on product knowledge and industry trends. 8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5. Proficiency in basic computer skills. 6. Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities. 7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
