Job Description:
Sysco is seeking a dynamic and motivated Call Center Associate to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As a part-time position at the Associate level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns. 2. Providing accurate and timely information on products, services, and promotions. 3. Resolving customer issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department. 4. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions. 5. Collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. 6. Meeting and exceeding performance goals and targets set by management. 7. Utilizing strategic planning skills to address customer needs effectively. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Resourceful and motivated individual with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively. 5.
