Call Center Associate

Job Description:

CBRE Group, a leading real estate services and investment firm, is seeking a part-time Call Center Associate to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level Call Center Associate with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Providing information about products and services, as well as resolving any issues or concerns - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Reliable and confident personality traits - Proficiency in people management and strategic planning soft skills - Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
