Job Description:
As a Remote Call Center Associate at Wisr, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and efficient manner. You will be expected to provide top-notch customer service, answer inquiries, resolve complaints, and educate customers on our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, or provide additional information. 3. Document all interactions with customers accurately in our CRM system. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Continuously improve your communication skills and techniques through training sessions. 8. Maintain a positive attitude and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong time management and organizational skills. 4. Passionate and energetic personality traits. 5. Ability to work remotely and independently. 6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. 7. High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace. 8. Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
