Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Optus is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues - Document customer interactions and information accurately in the company's database - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues - Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company - Continuously improve knowledge of product offerings and customer service techniques - Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in computer applications and software - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
