Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Kelly Services in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU is currently seeking a driven and passionate Call Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting them with their inquiries or concerns - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide additional information - Handling customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Updating customer records in the database accurately and in a timely manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Providing support to other departments as needed - Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by management

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
