Call Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Associate to join our team at Ecolab in Brisbane, Queensland. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and ensure satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Hardworking and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong people management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using computer software and navigating multiple systems simultaneously - High school diploma or equivalent
