Job Description - Call Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:


Rockwell Automation is seeking a part-time Call Center Associate to work from home in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, hardworking, possess critical thinking skills, and have a strong ability for analysis.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to provide assistance with inquiries, issues, and product information. 2. Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions. 3. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs set by management. 7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by the company.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently in a remote work environment. 4. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. 5. Availability to work shifts as required, including evenings and weekends. 6. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home to ensure productivity. 7. Must have access to a reliable high-speed internet connection.
