Remote Call Center Manager

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in call center management.

As a Remote Call Center Manager at JLL, your responsibilities will include overseeing a team of remote call center agents, ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service and achieve performance targets. You will be responsible for managing call center operations, analyzing call center data, implementing process improvements, and developing training programs to enhance the skills of your team.
