Graybar Electric is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time position is ideal for someone with at least 6 years of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of success in managing remote teams.
As a Remote Call Center Manager at Graybar Electric, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our call center operations, including monitoring and improving call center performance, training and developing team members, implementing and maintaining quality assurance standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote call center agents, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure team success - Monitor call center performance metrics and KPIs, and develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity - Conduct regular coaching and training sessions to develop the skills and performance of team members - Implement and maintain quality assurance standards to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities for improvement - Create and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty - Maintain accurate records and reports on call center performance and trends
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to motivate and inspire a remote team - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Driven and dedicated to achieving goals and targets - Experience in people management and leadership - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software
