Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven Call Center Manager to join our team at J.B. Hunt Transport Services. This position offers the opportunity to work from home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, you will play a key role in managing our call center operations and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the call center - Develop and implement strategies to improve overall call center performance - Supervise a team of call center representatives and provide coaching and training as needed - Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer calls and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Implement best practices for call center operations and customer service - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Handle scheduling, staffing, and other administrative tasks as required - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Proven experience as a call center manager or similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and people management abilities - Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals - Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software - Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to handle difficult customer situations - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Driven and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service - Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
