Job Description - Call Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Quest Diagnostics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in the call center industry, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our call center team.


Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and lead a team of call center representatives, ensuring they meet performance goals and provide exceptional customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and productivity. 3. Monitor call center metrics and performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 4. Train, coach, and mentor call center staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to call center team members. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the call center operates at the highest level of quality.


Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. 2. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Reliable and adaptable, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Creative problem-solving skills and a strong sense of time management. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
