Remote Call Center Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Call Center Officer to join our team at Tenet Healthcare in Adelaide, South Australia. As a part-time position with entry-level seniority and no required experience, this role is perfect for individuals who are dedicated, energetic, and eager to start a career in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from patients and assist them with scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and providing general information about our healthcare services - Make outbound calls to follow up on patient appointments, confirmations, and surveys - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions in the system - Collaborate with other call center officers and healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding patient confidentiality and data protection

Requirements: - Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service and patient care - Energetic and upbeat attitude when interacting with patients over the phone - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner - Adaptability to learn new systems and processes quickly - Previous experience in people management is a plus, but not required
