Call Center Officer

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and driven Call Center Officer to join our team at Dow Chemical in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone interactions with clients. This is a part-time position that requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strategic planning skills to anticipate customer needs and trends - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
