Call Center Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Call Center Officer to join our team at Molina Healthcare in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: - Efficiently handle a high volume of calls from customers, ensuring a professional and positive experience - Listen actively to customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide accurate information - Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction - Assist with administrative duties as needed, such as data entry and filing

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Resourceful and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse group of colleagues - Knowledge of CRM systems and basic computer proficiency - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
