Call Center Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and independent Call Center Officer to join our team at Simon Property Group in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service over the phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Provide information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues - Document all interactions in the system - Use creativity and decision-making skills to find solutions for customers - Meet personal and team targets - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong creativity and decision-making skills - Excellent communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
