Remote Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Loews is seeking a passionate and driven Remote Call Center Officer to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues. 3. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective persuasion techniques. 4. Utilize project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure the success of individual and team goals. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 5. Drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. 6. Persuasion skills to influence customer behavior. 7. Project management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
