Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Call Center Officer to join our team at Lincoln National in Melbourne, Victoria. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role offers opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide information about our products and services, and assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have. 3. Resolve customer complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner. 4. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer needs and concerns. 5. Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by management. 6. Use persuasion techniques to upsell or cross-sell products to customers when appropriate. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 5. Persuasion skills to effectively sell products or services to customers. 6. Must be passionate about providing excellent customer service. 7. Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards work. 8. Must be detail-oriented and organized. 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
