Job Description - Call Center Officer

Job Description:


FMC Technologies is seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Officer to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service, and supporting various departments within the organization.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Make outgoing calls to follow up on customer requests or provide updates on orders. 3. Document all call information accurately in the database. 4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues efficiently. 5. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and report generation. 6. Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional service to all customers. 7. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure a seamless experience.


Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Energetic personality with a positive attitude. 3. Resourceful and able to problem-solve effectively. 4. Strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
