Job Description:
HCA Holdings is seeking a motivated and reliable Call Center Officer to join our team. This is a remote position based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, and is part-time at the Associate Level with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently - Accurately document all customer interactions in the system - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance goals - Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills - Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic in a virtual work environment
Requirements: - Proven experience working in a call center or customer service environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues - Strategic planning abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required
