Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

The Cotton On Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Call Center Officer to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a part-time position with a focus on providing exceptional customer service while working from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Call Center Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, orders, and concerns - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving - Coordinate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers - Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure - Independent and resourceful with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Demonstrated cooperation and teamwork skills - Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software - Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
