Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Chesapeake Energy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Officer to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows for remote work from home in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls to customers - Providing information about products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills - Hardworking and energetic personality - Soft skills such as innovation and leadership - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
