Job Description:
We are seeking a Call Center Officer to join our team at Target in Melbourne, Victoria. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, issues, and requests. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and gather feedback. 3. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations. 4. Conduct research to find resolutions to complex customer problems and escalate issues when necessary. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. 6. Meet performance goals and targets set by the company to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.
Requirements: 1. Resilient and confident personality traits to effectively handle challenging customer interactions. 2. Strong critical thinking skills to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions. 3. Ability to conduct research and gather information quickly to address customer inquiries. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. 5. Proficient in using CRM software and other call center tools to manage customer interactions. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in customer service is a plus. 7. Must have a quiet home office space with reliable internet connection for remote work.
