Job Description:
Pro Medicus is seeking a part-time Call Center Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service over the phone and through email communication.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions in a timely manner. 3. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or to gather feedback. 4. Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system. 5. Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Acting as a brand ambassador for Pro Medicus and upholding the company's values in all customer interactions. 7. Creatively thinking of ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Energetic and confident personality traits. 3. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations with grace. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. 7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. 8. Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions. 9. Must be a team player and willing to collaborate with colleagues from different departments.
