Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Our company, United Continental Holdings, is seeking a part-time Call Center Representative to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering and making calls to customers in a professional and courteous manner 2. Providing accurate information about our products and services 3. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner 4. Documenting all interactions with customers accurately in the CRM system 5. Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs 6. Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers 7. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role 2. Resilient and reliable personality traits 3. Strong persuasion and analysis skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools 7. High school diploma or equivalent 8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
